they suck! I'm supposed to have a fraudulent student loan balance wiped per the dept of education. they only lowered it. I still have a balance. avoid these people entirely. their customer service is garbage
The app does not work. It tells you that you must first log in on a web browser, but following that step does not correct the problem. This makes the app unusable.

Honestly wish I can give this app 0 stars. The app and website are terrible. I am constantly having to remake a password because it never authorizes the new password I had just made the moment before. Biometrics never works. This entire app and product is terrible.

I needed a copy of the balance and there isn't a way to print one.
Great! Just a tip for those who can't log in... you need your log-in ID from your email.. its a number.. after putting that in you use your username and password. Sheeshhh..
